Denver Wells, LLC
The State Engineer Office recently issued the company new permits from for construction and re-drilling replacement wells for a group of five deep aquifer wells. The first of these wells is now on-line and water is flowing. The company estimates that the wells will produce, collectively, more than 2,000 acre feet of renewable water (pre-S.B. 213) from these deep aquifer wells. High Plains A&M, LLC
With more than 120 transactions, this project netted the company 18,280 acres of land and 40,030 acre feet of tributary Arkansas River water which runs through The Fort Lyon Canal.  Located approximately 90 miles east of Pueblo, Colorado, the project site spans three counties. All farmland is leased and in production. The company plans to deliver its water to Front Range communities and municipal water districts. more
